Vintage 80s Floral Dress

Vintage 80s Floral Dress. Has shoulder pads and pockets! Plunging neckline with a button closure. Could not locate a size or fabric tag, but it approximately fits an XL. I’m a large usually and it’s a bit big up top for me. Fits everywhere else due to the elastic waistband. Very silky soft material, most likely polyester. PTP: approximately 21 inches measured flat It’s hard to measure because the top is so flowy. Waist: 13-19 inches measured flat Excellent vintage condition!
