Vintage 80’s HW Collections black fringe flapper dress size S/M

This is such a fun dress that feels so pretty on! It’s by HW Collections and I believe it’s from the 1980’s. There are no material tags, but I think it’s polyester lined. It has spaghetti straps and zips up the back. I took a photo of the tag-it says Lot 11-12 but this may be a size tag? Bust measures about 34” unstretched. Where I image the waist might fall is about 34” and a few inches under that, where the hip might be, measures about 36”. The dress does have some stretch but you wouldn’t want to stretch too much or the fringe won’t all properly. Total length from the top of the strap to the bottom of the fringe measures about 47”. This fit when I was a size 6/8. The fringe appears to be all there, I didn’t notice any bare spots and it all seems to be in good condition with nothing unraveling. I also took a photo of the inside to show how the tiers of the dress were sewn.
