Vintage 80's High Neck Sweatshirt Mini Dress | 90's Sweatshirt Sheath Dress

This dress is super rad! It looks like it came straight out of the late 80's early 90's. It's almost like the top half is a sweatshirt with it's sleeves cut off and the bottom is a mini skirt. It looks so much better on a person though, its super unique! No major flaws. This has shoulder pads which I imagine are not hard to remove. Brand is A'Milano. 100% cotton.
