Vintage 80s JOVANI blue Drop Waist pleat dress M

Beautiful royal blue drop waist dress with beaded hem detail & pleated skirt by Jovani (circa 1980s). Long sleeves. Very figure flattering. Skirt has been pinned up about 1" so can be let out if needed. Size M. Underarm to underarm around: 41" Waist around: 38" Hips around: 38" Length shoulder to hem: 57" (pinned) Gently used pre-owned condition. Discoloration underneath top. No loose beads, stains, odors, etc. but does need to be cleaned. Perfect for a wedding, party, or any formal event.
