Vintage 80s Jenny Petites Black & White Polka Dotted Dress

Brand- Jenny Petites Size and Fabric Tags are missing. I estimate this dress is a small. Measurements seam to seam while lying flat: Bust- 17" Waist Stretch Band (not stretched)- 11" Length from top to bottom- 34" The fabric I believe is Polyester with a sheer polka dotted layer over the top part of the dress. This sheer material ties on the bottom left side of the dress. There are also 3 buttons on the left shoulder as seen in pictures above.
