Vintage (80's) Jessica Howard Petite Rayon Floral Midi Dress, Size 4

Very retro styling and pattern with front bodice inset, shoulder pads, back zip and smocked elasticized waist in back. A couple of pulls and small hole on front skirt (see last photos - could be easily patched from the inside) but not noticeable because of the full gathered skirt. Super fun vintage party dress!
