Vintage 80's Laine USA red white midi rayon dress with belt & pockets Size 7/8

Reposhing this item I purchased from @shopshopshop321. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. GREAT piece in great shape small shoulder pads the pockets give you a place to put your hands but not really a place for much else. from a fit standpoint this was a little snug on my forearms happy to send measurements Questions?
