Vintage 80’s Laura Ashley Strapless Tiered Dress. This is a fun one! I found a reference to someone mentioning they wore this same style dress to their 1989 Prom. Laura Ashley tag, marked size 10. 100% cotton. In good condition except for on the lower skirt has one flower has a light yellowed stain. Because of the busy pattern it is hard to see unless you’re looking for it. Additional pics in comments. Bodice has some flexible boning for structure. Fabric has no stretch.
