Vintage 80's M/L black tropical floral maxi dress

Vintage 80's size M/L 9/10 floral maxi dress by E.D. Micheals! Beautiful black with a tropical floral hibiscus pattern in cream and pale pink. Long tapered sleeves. Drop waist that points down in the front. Full skirt. Rayon material. Huge shoulder pads. I wanted to clip them out but I'll leave it up to the new owner (I have broad shoulders already).
