Vintage 80's Made in the U.S.A. Cindy Puff Mini Dress Women's Medium

This is an amazing vintage puff dress with side rosette all in black with spaghetti straps. There is a tiny bit of discoloration to the inside underarm that remained after I washed . See pics! 100% lined and the bust to the waist has a shapewear insert running down the pleating in the front. The back has a 3/4 zipper and eye hook closure. So adorable!
