Vintage 80s Marine Dress, size 6

Vintage 1980s handkerchief/belt print dress! This piece has so many features that are quintessential to 80s fashion: shoulder pads, a pleated skirt, elastic waist, matching belt, and busy pattern reminiscent of old handkerchiefs. It looks like there are crests and gold chains on the print. There are buttons that go down one side of the dress on the shoulder and skirt portion that are functional.
