Milano Moda Business Long Women's Jacket, Size 16 Very nice formal jacket for business wear. Padding in the shoulders (not removeable) 4 button closure Has a slit in the back. The end of the slit is sewn with a couple of stitches that can easily be cut if you prefer it open. The jacket is quite long! Length: 36 Bust 42 Waist 38 Hips 44 Sleeve Length: 25 The mannequin is 5'7" tall and about a size 10.
