This fantastic vintage ‘80s Ms Kipps dress features a sleeveless drop waist knee length cut, scoop neck, and rhinestone-embellished buttons. It is a lurex (metallic yarn) blend, and the shimmer makes it perfect for upcoming holiday parties! Just add heels for a chic vintage holiday look. The dress fits like a modern XXS, but the cardigan fits like a modern S, so I listed them separately.
