Vintage 80s Nan Dorsey Red Black Plaid Academia A-Line Skirt Size 16

I'm assuming this is wool because the care tag says Dry Clean Only. Tag is labeled size 16. Please compare measurements to a favorite skirt: Waist (across the front): 17 Hips (across the front on the outside): 26" Length: 28" Condition: Shows some light wear. The elastic in the waist is mostly relaxed and is not stretchy. No stains or holes. Colors do vary some from photos to in person. Please see all photos for condition.
