EXCELLENT Vintage 80's Neil Bieff of New York beaded/lace cocktail dress Size M One of a kind. I bought this exotic charmer at Saks Fifth Avenue or Lord & Taylor in Dadeland Mall, Miami, FL. Original price was well over $5,000.00 (in the 80's). The beaded attached top is gorgeous and is totally intact. The beautiful lace skirt is surrounded with two tiers. Upper part of dress is lined in royal blue fabric with clasps (shown above). The bottom half lining is in lime green fabric under black sheer fabric with a zipper closure. Measurements are 32- 34" bust, 26" waist; length of dress 32" - 37" due to unusual top. I don't see any stains on the dress or fabric. Look at other dresses on eBay by Neil Bieff of New York and their prices. this one is a gem!
