Vintage 80's Papell Too Woman Size 14 Teal Green Rose Print 2-Piece Silk Dress

EUC Gorgeous vintage 80's, 100% silk teal green, tulip hem blouse two-piece dress from Papell Too Woman. Dress has an allover rose pattern woven into the fabric, it has the 80's shoulder pads, hidden button at the V-neckline, and covered button at the waist. The pencil style skirt has back zipper with hook and bar at waist with elastic on either side, and slit at hem for ease of movement. Elastic has some stretch still, but the fabric is pleated and sewn to it, so I don't know how much stretch it had to begin with. I'll be providing waist measurements. Dress set is completely lined for comfort, bust 23 1/2, waist 21 1/2, hips 25, blouse length 26 1/2 in center, 28 inches on the side, skirt waist 18 1/8, stretches to 19 inches, hips 23, length 27 inches.
