Vintage 80’s Peplum Stuart Allan Dress

Beautiful Blue,Black & Gold 80’s style Peplum Dress.Dress is Made in the USA 🇺🇸 Has shoulder pads, one large fabric button in front then hidden buttons under front flap. Matching Belt has 5 hole so you can adjust waist size & also has back slit.
