Vintage 80s Pleated Blouse

This still has shoulder pads and looks great on. I have too many clothes. It says sz 13, but fits like a medium. This was an ex-pat brand from Hong Kong and would have been for medium size foreigners. I’m usually a small, 34-28-37. The shoulders with pads are slightly wide for me. My mother was busty, so she prefers medium sizes. I’ve listed this as a medium. Bundle for savings.
