Vintage 80s Polk-a-dot blouse

In excellent condition with expectation of fading on the bottom band fabric. No other observed flaws. Gold, rusty brown & soft black. Would be cute worn cropped or with high-waisted pants. Has shoulder pads & little loops dangle down with a wood bead. There's caretag but the fabric seems to be a rayon or acetate blend maybe. Seems fairly true labeled M runs S/M. Pit to pit is 20.5 in across the chest, shoulder to bottom hem is 17.5 in. Reposh NO TRADES NO HOLDS
