Vintage 80s Prago Fashions ILGWU Fit & Flare Dress

Seriously amazing vintage dress US women’s union made has ILGWU tag showing it was made between 1974-1995 for Prago Fashions Ltd. Very 1950’s fit and flare shape with a cool 1980’s pop art bright loopy graphic print in royal blue and white and over the top double ruffle at the neck/sleeve and pockets! Can be worn on or off the shoulders. No fabric content but feels like a thick cotton blend. Vintage size 6 closer to a current XS/S. Has a small stain on ruffle otherwise great used condition!
