Vintage 80s Prom Formal Evening Dress Blue Puff Sleeves Size 6-8 Large Bow Lace Made in the USA JCPenney Full skirt Could also be worn off the shoulders Dress is a size 11/12 but fits like a 6-8 medium Teal blue jewel tone Satin shiny VGUC- had the elastic replaced in the puff sleeves. It was replaced on the inside and does not show from the outside at all. From the inside you can just see a tiny bit of the white elastic edge as it is sewed very well into the seam. But completely not visible from outside.
