Very pretty poly-cotton blend blousey top in the prettiest soft rainbow shades. Peter Pan collar. Wonderful vintage condition I could find no flaws. The size tag says 38 but I’m not sure what that equates to. Please see pit to pit measurement. My best guess is this fits a size Large through 1X depending upon how snuggly you like to wear your tops.
