Vintage 80s Ruffled Cocktail Dress

Fun 1980's Vintage KR of NY Ruffled Space Dress. Navy blue with white polka dots & diamonds, which absolutely looks like a starry night sky! Ruched short sleeves, shoulder pads (which could be cut out if desired), two-tiered ruffled hem, with popover styling and a single button keyhole back neckline. Length falls above the knee. A slip is recommended underneath, as the fabric is kind of lightweight. Made in the USA. Excellent pre-owned condition with no flaws. Women's size 7/8.
