Vintage 1980s Does 1920s Designer Scala Sequins and Beaded Blue Turquoise Blouse New Years Eve NYE Party. This beautiful set is made from a bright turquoise silk that is heavily decorated with turquoise sequins and beads. The embellishments are done in a classic art deco style with flowers and stripes. The top is long sleeved with shoulder pads and fully lined with rayon. In great vintage condition, no signs of serious damage.
