Vintage 80s Sailboat Dress with Hat, Embroidered- Toddler Girls Size 2T / 3T

The cutest vintage dress and hat ever! There’s a small pink mark on the bottom left I did not attempt to remove and will likely wash out. Otherwise EUC. Tag says 3T but vintage runs small and it’s more like a 2T.
