Beautiful 80’s Vintage Saint Romei green and black dress. The front of the dress has 13 buttons and 5 buttons on each sleeve with three quarter length sleeves and fabulous shoulder pads. One button is missing on the front of the dress. The dress was worn only once and is in good condition.
