Vintage 80s Scott McClintock Pockets Dress Blue Long Sleeve Formal Homecoming

Vintage but still new with original tags. It has loops around waist for a belt but it does not come with a belt. It has pockets! Says size 10. Measures 33" around underarms, 30" waist, 40 hips, and is 35" long. Has some stretch. For reference I have a 34A bust, 26" waist, and the bust/waist area was a bit loose on me.
