Vintage 80s strapless dress with red sequin bodice and teal green silk chiffon layered skirt portion accented with a fabric flower corsage. Very elegant and well made, no labels but reminds me Bill Blass or a Lillie Rubin dress. Perfect for the holidays! No size tag but best for a small to medium, check measurements.
