Vintage 80s Shift Dress

Vintage 80s Naturally Petite Honolulu blue shift dress with hidden zipper back. Comes complete with slightly padded shoulder pads and back slit. This dress is vintage but is still in great condition. Shoulder pads have some stitching coming off the edges but cannot be seen and still function as they should. Size S. Approximate bust measurement is 19" and shoulder to hem is 36".
