Vintage 80's Shift Pleat Dress with Puff Sleeves

Gorgeously chic plissé/delfinos pleat dress with puffy bubble sleeves that has great styling potential! I could see it being an 80’s rocker edgy look, a 1920s flapper/Great Gatsby look, or a trendy “new” look at your next semi-formal event! Lined in the bust. No closures, pull on/off. No label size or tag besides the ILGWU tag shown in pictures. I am a true size small (small top, size 4 bottoms, 5’4”) and would guess this is a small. Gently worn but great vintage condition with no notable flaws.
