Vintage 80s Sparkle Dress

This dress has been so well-loved and is absolutely flattering on. I bought it in a vintage store in NYC in 2008. It’s tight in the chest and upper waist but flares at the lower waist for a perfect hourglass fit. Accentuates cleavage and covers low enough on the thighs to be tasteful. I have worn it to more NYE parties and winter events than I can count and I think it’s time to let someone else finally love it too.
