Vintage 80s,Old Fashioned Sparkly,Blue,Floral,Midi Dress/Flattering Waist Detail

It is straight out of the 80's complete with removable shoulder pads popular to that era. Can be worn with or without a belt(there are tiny thread belt loops, but no belt is included, but any black belt would work if belt is desired.) It has an attractive draped middle which hangs longer in the back & 1/2 length sleeves with 2 tiny blue pearl buttons at the base of sleeves, gently rouched at shoulders with stretchy, elastisized waist & fit & flair skirt. 100% soft & flowing polyester make it extremely comfortable.
