Vintage 80s Stuart Allen Petite Dress

I love this dress so much. It doesn’t fit me anymore but has sentimental value so I’ve held onto it for a long time. In my opinion it fits like a size 6 petite (maybeeee an 8) but I included photos of measurements. Includes belt. No flaws I can find. Warm and super cute. Sad to let it go!
