This is a vintage long T-shirt with fun neon colors in excellent vintage condition. Would work as a tunic length shirt, a swim suit cover-up, or even a t-shirt dress for someone shorter. It says "one size fits most," bit I would say this would best fit a medium or smaller for an oversized fit.
