Vintage 80s Susan Freis Floral Dress Puff Sleeves Ruffle Neck Bias Cut Skirt S

This is a gorgeous vintage 1980’s Susan Freis dress. Sheer lightweight polyester in a bold floral print of purple, pink and green on a white background. Padded shoulders, puff 3/4 length sleeves, and accordion pleated ruffle at v neck. Bodice is wrap style with a plunging neckline. Waistband is wide elastic then finishing to full and flouncy skirt. Skirt is bias cut with inserts of the accordion pleats for extra drama. Dress is in good to excellent condition just has a few faint spots but I haven’t laundered. Size small. Made in America. Larger shoulder pads were removed but are included. Total length-49” Sleeve length-16” Shoulder to shoulder-16” Bust seam to seam-19”+ Waist seam to seam-9.5”-16” Hips seam to seam-26”
