Super pretty vintage dress by Tess Dress. Made in Hong Kong. Short sleeves, midi length, hidden side seam hip pockets. Fabric covered buttons down the front. Good vintage condition, some of the buttons are a little loose and could be resewn but they also work fine. Size 8P, see measurements.
