Vintage 80s Vibrant Blue Gown With Lace Medium

This gown is perfection, the blue and black contrast of the fabric makes it such a unique piece. The top of the gown is paneled, with two pieces of floral black lace going down each side of the bust. The center of the top is basted, with black lace toping the neckline. The rest of the gown billows out at the waist and flows beautifully down to the floor.
