Truly fantastic dress and a rare find for the Victor Costa collector. Vibrant floral faux button peplum top over black mini skirt bottom. Trimmed top with snap closure on peplum and back zipper. Vintage size 4 but runs very small, best fits XS/0. Very good vintage condition, slight pull in one flower visible in peplum pic. Boned coreset fit bust.
