Vintage 80's Victorian inspired High Neck Ruffle Cotton Blouse sz 10

Vintage High neck ruffle blouse in a vintage size 10. Shirt is inspired by Victorian elegance. The color is a periwinkle light purple. The fabric is polyester/cotton blend and for some reason states Hand Was Only. Bust is 18" one direction, length is from under the nape of neck to bottom hem is 26". Blouse is in very nice condition and free from any rips, tears and stains.
