Little girl’s vintage 80’s Winnie the Pooh brand velvet and lace dress. The dress has a white lace bodice with sheer lace arms. There is a small peplum above the deep red velvet skirt. The dress buttons down the back. It has belt loops but the original belt is not included. It would look great with a coordinating satin ribbon! Perfect for the holidays.
