Vintage with shoulder pads that can easily be removed, this is a colorful beach and travel themed blouse. There is no tag of maker inside. It is cotton. Features wide short sleeves, button front with thick red buttons. Measures 25 inches across breast. Length is 29 inches from back neck seam to hem. Measurement across the back is 22 inches. Features a rounded hem with an 8 inch slit on the sides. Very roomy and would be great worn as a jacket over a sleeveless T-shirt.
