Vintage 80s | Wrap dress | NWT

“Leslie Fay” chiffon, red, wrap dress in size 10 petite. Balloon sleeves and elastic waist are key for comfort. The dress closes in the front with two sets of hook-and-eye fasteners. A braided belt is original to the dress and has many snags/pulls on it; however, the dress itself is in fabulous condition. It comes NWT from a Baltimore department store of the past called, “Hutzler’s” which closed down in 1990. It is my belief that this dress was originally sold during the 1980s. Measurements: 34” waist ~20” sleeve length 26” skirt length 42” long, shoulder - bottom hem
