Vintage 80's belted sheath dress

Such an amazing dress! Has shoulder pads and pockets! Don't let the size fool you, with the belt, you can cinch this in and it can be very flattering! Especially with the shoulder pads! The size shows as 14 but I'd consider this more a contemporary large.
