Vintage 80s black dress with gold buttons

Vintage 80’s black dress, long sleeves, with gold buttons. Tag says size 14, but I think it’s more a modern 8 or 10. See measurements in photos. Some pilling on fabric and some messy stitching inside of garmet but overall good used condition.
