Vintage 80s cold shoulder dress x PBJ Medium

Light and airy vintage 80s polyester dress by PBJ. Has cut out sleeves and elastic waist that begs for that belt you have been dying to show off! Don't have a belt??? I have plenty for sale. Please check them out as well. One of my leather concho belts on this dress would pair well with cowboy boots- just sayin'😏. The size is 9 per the tag and it will fit a small or medium. Excellent vintage condition-- no holes, tears, or stains.
