Vintage 80s designer Diane Freis Blue & Black Belted 3/4 Sleeve Blouse S/M

A stunning vintage blouse by the Iconic 80's print designer Diane Freis. Vibrant blue and black floral print. 3/4 Sleeves with elastic hem (elasticity of the bands is a bit lost) Neck tie ending with a bead and a fringe. Big shoulder pads. It will fit a size S/M, but to make sure please check the measurements below. Armpit to armpit 20-21" Length from shoulder to hem 24" There are some yellow stains on the armpits. The belt is a bit deformed (please check the last two pictures)
