Vintage 80s does 20s Dropped Waist Tropical Hawaiian Flowy Dress | Small Medium

We LOVE this flowy drop waist tropical print number from the 80s. This is just the coolest dress. It is a super flowy rayon with a beautiful tropical leaf and trumpet flower design in purples, pinks and teals in a black background. The dress has a super blousy bodice with a band of elastic shorting that can be adjusted up on the waist or down around the derrière for a 1920s dropped waist effect. The skirt is then flowy down to about the knees or just below. I so wish that Etsy allowed video as the movement of this dress is so killer. It just swishes. You are going to love how this looks and feels. Item is in excellent condition.
