Vintage 80’s does 40’s dress

80’s does 40’s at its very best! Gorgeous polka dot peplum top with vintage style buttons at shoulder. Look how well this was made to imitate the style of the 40’s. Even the shoulder pads are extremely subtle. There was a tag at some point. Size S
