Vintage 80's does Edwardian black and white dress

Could work for small, medium or large depending on desired fit. All measurements taken flat and doubled: Elastic waistband starts at 25" relaxed, 36" fully stretched. The buttons stop at the waistband so it'll need to be pulled over at that point. Bust is a max of 40" but meant to be a little blousey. Length of the skirt is 26.5". A beetlejuice style striped dress with an interesting yolk on the front bodice that forms a chevron. Contrasting solid white pointed collar. Small white buttons up the front of the bodice. There's a thread pull on the front and a small orange line that I haven't tried to remove. Please allow for half an inch of variance in measurements. Belt not included.
