Vintage 80s dress

this '80s dress is so cute. it has pockets has an 8-in cut slit at the bottom of the front and back of the dress does have shoulder pads has zipper at the bottom and then buttons to the top. the dress says it's the size 13 14 but I wear a size 8 and it was tight. in great condition. ptp16" the length of the dress is 35 in from the bottom to underneath the arm sleeve. I am 5'4 so you can see where it is on me in the pictures.
